Call your spiritual mother forth to hear your plea and to bind and protect you with positive energy by saying the following words:

CALLING FORTH THE SUN GOD

Things you will need:

A cleansed white altar candle.
A cleansed lighter.

Light the white altar candle that represents the Sun God and place on the right-hand side of your altar.

Call your spiritual father forth to hear your plea and to bind and protect you with positive energy by saying the following words:

" I …NAME…,
LIGHT THIS CANDLE
IN THE NAME OF THE SUN GOD.
I CALL YOU FORTH
TO BIND AND PROTECT ME.
I CALL YOU FORTH
TO BE WITH ME.
I CALL YOU FORTH
TO HEAR MY PLEA. "

The Sun God is now called.

BIDDING HAIL AND FAREWELL TO THE MOON GODDESS
AND THE SUN GOD

Before bidding hail and farewell to your spiritual parents, you should give blessings and thanks by eating and drinking a toast with them.

EATING AND DRINKING A TOAST

Things you will need:

A bottle of wine.
A fresh loaf of bread.

As we eat of the bread and drink of the wine, we give blessings and thanks to the Moon Goddess and Sun God and ground the energies of the spell.

We cut the bread using our second athame and give an offering of this bread on to the Goddess and the Sun God by placing it in to the bowl of earth on the altar.

Then we fill our chalice and make an offering of the wine on to the Moon Goddess and Sun God by pouring some of the wine in to the bowl of earth on the altar.

Then we drink a toast of blessings and thanks saying the following words:

" AS I DRINK OF THIS WINE
AND EAT OF THIS BREAD,
I GIVE BLESSINGS AND THANKS,
TO THE MOON GODDESS AND SUN GOD
FOR HEARING MY PLEA,
AND GROUND THE ENERGIES AROUND ME. "

You have now given blessings and thanks to the Moon Goddess and the Sun God.

Things you will need:

A cleansed snuffer.

Snuff out the white altar candle that represents the Sun God, giving blessings and thanks and bidding hail and farewell as you do so.

Say the following words:

" I …NAME…,
GIVE BLESSINGS
AND THANKS
TO THE SUN GOD,
AND BID HAIL
AND FAREWELL
ONTO THEE.
SO MOTE IT BE
AND BLESSED BE. "

You have now bid the Sun God hail and farewell.

BIDDING HAIL AND FAREWELL TO THE MOON GODDESS

Things you will need:

A cleansed snuffer.

Snuff out the white altar candle that represents the Moon Goddess, giving blessings and thanks and bidding hail and farewell as you do so.

Say the following words:

" I …NAME…,
GIVE BLESSINGS
AND THANKS
TO THE MOON GODDESS,
AND BID HAIL
AND FAREWELL
ONTO THEE.
SO MOTE IT BE
AND BLESSED BE. "

You have now bid the Moon Goddess hail and farewell.
